Stewartry u18s have qualified for the National League Cup!!
Only 12 team qualify across Scotland for the National Cup and Stewartry will be flying the flag for Dumfries and Galloway.

Stewartry RFC U18s had an difficult start to the Season. With some of last years colts that still qualified to play moved to Dumfries, moved away to uni or stopped playing – left this years colts lacking experience at U18 level.
In a league with Stiring Country, Cartha and Ayr all pulling in enough players to field two team Stewartry U18’s were going to have to find their feet fast. Finishing 2nd in their league (behind 1st placed Stirling) Stewartry found their feet in the very first game beating Bigger 50 – 0.

This weekend they travel to Ellon to play their first fixture on the road to Murrayfield. What an achievement for the boys.
