Stewartry Rugby Club continued their commitment to their membership with 8 members of the club completing their mental health first aid training.

Stewartry Rugby Club is among the first community club/group in the Stewartry to run the course after announcing their partnership with Breathing Space and NHS Dumfries and Galloway only a month ago.

We always encourage our members to be more open about mental health and the people will be able to help signpost you to the next stage on your road to recovery.

Our mental health first aiders are :-

Martin Valentine, Robin Austin, Alistair McMorran, Steven Hogg, Gregor Hamblin, John Muir, Joanne White, Karen Muir.
